She is working hard but not getting anywhere and finding little improvement in her skills which she possesses since her school. By setting proper and clear goals to develop new customer experiences, conceptualise ideas and focus on her efforts, she will be definitely helped to thrive successfully in the modern business organizations. In order to create some effective strategies, Vivian must take some vital factors into her consideration. This will help Vivian to make a daily routine to generate her prospects and leads. She will be completing her tasks within deadline thus gain confidence to overcome more hurdle. This particular goal centric strategies will help her evaluating the effectiveness of her plan and she will make the progress as she wants. Body: Vivian must make sure that her goals are SMART, clearly determine the required aspects to reach the goal, the required actions to reach the goal and follow them thorough (Ward, 2016). However, to achieve success that leads to stay confident in dealing with customers, it is necessary to set a specific timeframe within which Vivian must complete her tasks before target date. SMART goals will provide Vivian clarity and a deadline to achieve them. SMART goals are Specific that are simple and significant, Measurable that are meaningful and motivating, Achievable as well as attainable, Relevant which are realistic, reasonable, resourced and result-based and Time bound or time-sensitive (Damen et al., 2015). Setting SMART goals will allow Vivian to stretch her limits through challenges. She will come out of her comfort zone thus improve her skills. Vivian will create mini goals to move towards the big goals. She can break up her objectives for each month so that she can check whether she on or off her track. Thus, she will have scope to change methods or upgrade them. Before she starts working on a project, Vivian needs to get detailed on what prospects or methods is needed to attain all the small and big goals with the set time frame (Drucker, 2017). This may include proper resources, experienced team as well as finance to accomplish tasks. It is necessary for Vivian to make a list of tasks that are required to be completed to reach the goals (Damen et al., 2015). By making daily plan, Vivian will be able to break entire task into step by step sections so that he does not get confused with the situations of pressure. In dealing with the clients, she may be challenged with adding more tasks in her daily routine, but systematic operation will create scope to handle extra tasks easily.
